Breakfast
Rice pops with mulberry molasses.
An apricot.
A swig of flaxseed oil.
Lunch
Work veg. Lots of falafel today, since there was a perfectly good batch which was slightly to crunchy to sell. I didn’t mind eating them instead. Made sure to have them with some hummus and auberine, like Bonnie suggested. Not that I’ll not try it again at Maoz soon, mind.
Dinner
Tomato-bell pepper-black-eyed pea soup
Snacks
Hummus with 3Pauly corn crackers.
Still looks like a good gluten-free menu!
