Breakfast
Rice pops with grape molasses.
A swig of flaxseed oil.
Lunch
Work fruit and veg. Shared some of it (falafel crumbs, mostly) with a pigeon who was not at all scared to be near me. That was fun. Got a good look at hir. Made me feel all Mary Poppins bird lady, with the song and all. Though city pigeons being that tame might not actually be a good thing…
Dinner
Rice Noodly
Snacks
Some chocolate.
A handful of raisins.
Some more of that Piel de Sapo melon. Still doesn’t taste like much. I think I’ll chuck the bit I have left in a smoothie.
Some applesauce with cinnamon and a bit of orange-kiwi juice.
A pouch of stem ginger oat cakes.
The grape molasses sounds quite intriguing..
It’s fun stuff, though so far I’ve only used it on breakfast cereal-like things. Turkish supermarkets have all kinds of things like that, which is why I like visiting them. :)
